This is an 8 week program with one squat specific workout per week.

This program is only 8 weeks long, and does not require a deload. If you feel a deload is needed prior to finishing the program, go ahead and take one after week 4, then resume weeks 5-8. The first couple of supersets are WARM-UPS. Please DO NOT SKIP THEM. Additionally, DO NOT GO STRAIGHT TO A WORKING SET ON YOUR SQUATS. Take jumps of roughly 5%, tapering from 5 reps, to 3, down to singles prior to hitting top sets. The lighter the working set, the fewer warm-ups there will be.

We are going to take your bench from it's current place and launch it into the atmosphere. You will be proud to step on the platform after this program. Or maybe you just like to have a crowd form around you when you bench. Whatever your reasons, we are going to grow. Let's F***ing go.

Bench Master: 8 weeks to your best bench

Bench Master Block 

This is a warm-up for deadlifts! No need to progress or put a time limit on it. This can be completed prior to deadlifts every single time. This is good for sumo or conventional deadlifters.

Deadlift Warm-Up

Just a lil warm-up for deadlifts! This will get everything fired up just the way it needs to be! Lats, quads, hams and core will all get nice and toasty!

This is a squat warm-up. Ideal for before stepping under a bar, this warm-up will fire you up! Get ready to work those quads, hams, lats and that core!

Squat Warm-Up

This is a warm-up and does not need to be progressed. This can be done prior to any squat session prior to stepping under the barbell. 

This is a warm-up for bench pressing. In this warm-up we will target every part of the body that we need to effectively get into position and excel at our bench press. This includes shoulders, back, chest, core, hip flexors/core, and lower back.

This is a warm-up for bench pressing and can be completed every time you bench press PRIOR to getting under the bar. Since this is a warm-up, it does not need to be progressed and can be done as is. This should not take more than 10 minutes, and exercises can be supersetted if you desire.

Deadlifting

This program is only 8 weeks long, and does not require a deload. If you feel a deload is needed prior to finishing the program, go ahead and take one after week 4, then resume weeks 5-8. Please complete the Deadlift Warm-Up workout prior to beginning this workout. Additionally, DO NOT GO STRAIGHT TO A WORKING SET ON YOUR DEADLIFTS.
